Data EF is an Open Data portal that shares publicly available data with reliable sources in order to benefit the public, especially for researchers, data scientists, or policy scholars in the fields of economics and finance, who can search and download data in the portal for further analysis or integrate it with their own analytical tools as needed.

The distinct responsibilities of data

  • Data Owner : refers to those responsible for the content, meaning, and quality of the data and who consent to the sharing of data with other persons for any purpose.
  • Data Custodian (Data EF) : Refers to Legal Persons, Legal Entities, Public Administration Institutions, or Public Enterprises that determine the purpose and means of collection, use, or disclosure of data.
  • Data Consumer : refers to Legal Persons, Entities, Public Administration Institutions, or Public Enterprises that consume the data from the data owner on behalf of the data custodian or public authority.

What types of data do we cover? There are many types of data related to Cambodia‘s economy and finance in our portal. For easy access, we also categorize our datasets on several topics such as :
