Health Achievement Report - 2015

This national report presents Cambodia’s health sector achievements in 2015 and priority work directions for 2016. Prepared for the 37th Health Congress, it reviews results at the end of the Health Strategic Plan 2008 to 2015 and supports the transition to the Health Strategic Plan 2016 to 2020. The report covers four main areas such as reproductive, maternal, newborn, child health and nutrition communicable diseases non-communicable diseases and public health and health system strengthening. Topics include family planning, adolescent reproductive health, safe abortion, antenatal and postnatal care, safe delivery, child health, nutrition, HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections, tuberculosis, malaria, disease surveillance, quarantine, mental health, oral health, eye care, cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, injuries, road traffic accidents, violence, disaster management, environmental health, tobacco and health, service delivery, health financing, health equity funds, human resources, health information systems, governance, medicines, medical supplies, infrastructure, and private health services.
