Cambodia Budget in Brief FY2025

In the summary budget report of the 2025 budget law, it presents an analysis of the overall context of the 2025 budget preparation, challenges and risks, along with the approach and principles of the 2025 budget preparation. In addition, the report also presents an analysis of the 2025 macroeconomic framework, 2025 macroeconomic indicators, inflation and exchange rates, strategic frameworks, and programs to restore and promote economic growth. Furthermore, the 2025 budget framework outlines the revenue and expenditure plan of the state budget, national budget, sub-national administrative budget, the determination of the borrowing ceiling for 2025, and the debt situation. In addition, it also presents the policies and program budgets of ministries and institutions, and the total budget expenditures of ministries and institutions acting as the staff of the Royal Government.
