Cambodia Budget in Brief FY2026

In the summary budget report of the 2026 budget law, it presents an analysis of the overall context of the 2026 budget preparation, challenges and risks, along with the approach and principles of the 2026 budget preparation. In addition, the report also presents an analysis of the 2026 macroeconomic framework, 2026 macroeconomic indicators, inflation and exchange rates, strategic frameworks, and programs to restore and promote economic growth. Furthermore, the 2026 budget framework outlines the revenue and expenditure plan of the state budget, national budget, sub-national administrative budget, the determination of the borrowing ceiling for 2026, and the debt situation.
