This sub-decree show the modification of custom duties rate on any merchandises including, EV charger, electric rice cooker, solar lamp, solar system, electric kettle, transportation truck (HEV, PHEV, EV), motor for electric vehicle, lichum charger, .... etc. Ministers in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers, the Minister of Economy and Finance, ministers of all ministries and heads of all relevant institutions shall be responsible for implementing this sub-decree according to their respective duties from April 1, 2026 onwards.
